I'm having a rough couple of days with my shoulder, neck, and back. All my muscles are stiff and tight and I can't really turn my head or anything.

Icy hot patches and advil. There really aren't any OTC muscle relaxers. Maybe try stretching?

No clue, started to tighten up Wednesday at work, and got worse yesterday, woke up this morning and felt like I got run over by Domata Peku.

Especially if he's Irish. Seems like coming home might have been the right choice.

Something to be said about a good Catholic doc.

Being sick is no fun. I usually get sick once every 2 years or so... but when it puts me down, it does so with authority.

Hmm. It doesn't hurt more to turn your head one way or the other?

I've tried stretching and all that and I can't get loose.

Does anyone know of any over the counter muscle relaxers I can pick up at like, CVS or Rite There really aren't any OTC muscle relaxers.

Guaifenesin (Mucinex), but you'd need to take well over the recommended dosage to get any of muscle relaxing properties.
